If your original mirrors have turn signals and puddle lights ( even if they are small mirrors) , these will be plug and play to those options . 

If your original mirrors DON'T have a turn signals or puddle lights ,  you will need to have the codes LEB & LEC enabled at any dodge dealership .

You will need to do this no matter where you buy your mirrors.
